Royal Panda Casino - Declining my withdrawal multiple time

Hi Team,
I have been trying to withdraw my winning money of 8,000/- rs which was won on 14-Feb-2019 from Royal Panda account. Initially I have selected my withdraw money to bank transfer and I have submitted all my sufficient documents which was asked and all the details were matching to my account, however once they came back and informed it is processed and again they came back and says it is declined from my bank. Hence I have selected my withdrawal money to "Skrill" and they asked me to send screenshot of my Skrill account and I have sent with all details but again they came back saying we need additional details and declining my payment.

Kindly help me out to get my money back and I have sent the screenshot of the payment history in Royal Panda to suppor­[email protected]­skg­amb­ler­s.com.
