Hi there,

I’ll like to complain about Royal Panda Casino, they been trying to delay my £1000 in all ways possible
First time when I joined this website they been ask about proof of id and proof of address
Which I send and they been checked in few minutes! Less than 10 mins !
After that I deposit £50 and I played, I won £1000 and from that moment I withdraw and every day they asking for one document all the time,
First time they asked about proof of deposit and another proof of address which as well I send and they saying like can take up to 24h to be verified
Well they verified after around 30 hours , and now surprise, they want again another proof of Id this time they want me to make a selfie with my id, and guess what ? Again I’m waiting for more than 20h and still my withdrawal didn’t was approved so it’s been more than 2 days and I still can’t take my money

I hope I’ll receive soon this withdrawal as to be honest after I read all the bad reviews I start to not believe so much this casino, I’ll please ask ask gamblers to leave open this till I’ll be back with a response when the amount it will be to my account.

Hi there, i received today The money , but in the same time I close my account with this website as don’t recommend to nobody to play they have a poor RTP and poor staff . Thanks AskGamblers
