Raging Bull Casino - Blocked my account after requesting three withdrawals

I have 3 ongoing withdrawals from Raging Bull for $ 580 USD.

The financial service has all my documents, customer service has made the verification call since Monday and every day they give me different information about the state of my current withdrawals.

Monday: the financial service takes care of my withdrawals today.
Tuesday: I get paid today
Wednesday afternoon: (withdrawals are still "pending") payment (only 1 of 3) is set.
Wednesday night: no payment has been validated. One speaker told me that the cat will take care of my account and asked the finance department approved of my withdrawals.

Today, this morning, Raging Bull blocked my access to my account ....

Is this behavior is worthy of a trusted casino? no....

Is it that I'm in France? probably

Always it is that I can not access either the casino or live chat. And so, I can not know what happens to my 3 withdrawals. Here's how Raging Bull gets rid of worried customers ....

If this casino is its reputation, I would like a representative to come here to explain this kind of way of doing .... come and tell me what happens to my withdrawals ....

I would like to add new information to this complaint.
Since Monday, so every day, a participant of the live chat assured me that he had the financial service which had certified to him that my withdrawals would be treated as of Tuesday.

Then I could no longer access my account, and suddenly I was able to enter the casino again. (My password was saved in the computer, it is incomprehensible this momentary blocking but jça unlocked then.
I continued to call the live chat every day to hear always the same well-honed refrain
This morning (11/11/2016) obviously nothing was done.

The live chat does its job, that is to say saves time every day.

So this morning, I canceled two withdrawals, and I regained more.

So now I have 3 pending withdrawals.
1 of 100 euros (won with a free bonus therefore capped)
1 of 500 (without max cash out)
1 of 200 (without max cash out)

Total: 800 usd withdrawals.

Raging Bull does not respect at all its processing time of the withdrawals but in addition as players, one is not at all respected because the speakers of the live chat do not hesitate to invent all sorts of explanation to make you expect.

Knowing that here some have waited more than a month, I do not want to be part of it

Now, at the last news, according to the live chat, the financial service peels off my account because 2 of my deposits, approved by my bank, paid into my casino player account, are lost in the wild. Neither debited from my account nor paid in the casinos of the casino.

This is the first time in 5 years of game that I saw something similar.

And Raging Bull seeks to know now if my 3 withdrawals come from gains made with deposits well cashed otherwise they cancel my winnings ....

You see a little the kind of business not clear? !!!

I play for 5 years, in many casinos, and all my deposits, when they are approved by my bank are honored ....

Raging Bull seeks to cancel my winnings, in one way or another, notice to anyone who does not know this address yet ....

This complaint is resolved.

Even if a withdrawal of 200 usd was canceled because one of my deposits with which I won was never cashed by the casino, Raging Bull has just paid me the rest today.

A huge thank you to Joel Account Manager who was brilliant in her support, and thank you to the financial department for making this payment faster than I dared hope.
