Won't pay and blocked me
I've been playing raging bull casino slots for about 6montgs and only made a withdrawl request about 2months ago. I filled out all their relevant forms etc etc and was told my 1st withdrawl would be expressed so after 4days I spoke to them through live chat and they then told me to wait 7-10 business days. After this time frame I contacted again and they told me to resend my I'd which I did within half an hour of that correspondence, then again on live chat I was told to wait another 7-10days. Everyday I was live chatting them asking if it was sent and everyday they'd say no, then finally I had an Axl J, who promised it would be sent 18th September. It wasn't so again I got on live chat and demanded to speak with someone higher which is when a Tammy < surname removed > joined chat told me they'd fix immediately and I'd get a confirmation email within 10mins so the chat ended and I waited and was sent the same generic email that says another wait of 72hrs and I was then unable to get back online to chat because they've made my username non existent and U have to be a depositing customer to live chat. I've sent countless emails and just continue to get the generated email replys and their phone number doesn't work. I have some screen shots but not sure how I forward them. For $240 it's become a major nightmare and I thought about just letting it go but it's the principal and in not exactly Mrs money bags and I believe this site along with all their sister sites should be held accountable and be shut down and sued.
