This has been a beyond cumbersome process and still have not received the money from my initial withdrawal request for $2000 which I initiated July 5th. After going through their exhaustive and tedious verification process and submitting all the necessary documents requested I was approved. I provided my banking information only to find out because I am in the US they only worked with certain banks, despite my bank being able to accept international wire transfers. So then I opened a new bank account that they worked with and provided that information. This was processed at the end of July, upon further follow-up weeks later, the withdrawal amount was reposted into my account, minus $200 so now had $1800 customer service then told me that this was due to a bonus related amount, I did not argue, but further they told me I needed to re-request my withdrawal again due to their payments team determining the payment was to be issued via bitcoin. This was due to my initial deposit being made via bitcoin. However, there is no withdrawal option for users other than wire transfer, and had I not followed-up repeatedly would never have been communicated with regarding the hold-up or issues related to any aspect of this entire withdrawal request and process I have thus far encountered.
Per customer chat service representatives, I resubmitted again my withdrawal request on August 26th for $1810.42. Per the terms of the casino my withdrawal request should have been reviewed and approved within 7 days of receiving it, even more so given it had previously already been approved. However, it’s been over 20 days and still nothing. Mind you, I have over 5-7 chat transcripts with customer service chat representatives that all say their escalating my withdrawal request and that they will have a manager follow-up and nothing again has been done.
There is no ability to call or even speak with a manager or anyone in a position of power to do anything. It’s really frustrating but I keep trying to be patient as well as keep following-up but hope this site will be able to procure a result. I have done everything they have asked and have all the required documentation and information which they verified via several of these chat sessions also.
They also have my bitcoin wallet information as requested I submit the day I had to re-request my withdrawal. So there should be no reason why my already approved withdrawal request hasn’t been reapproved or processed at this point, let alone issued payment. I have been trying to get this money like I said since July 5th. Hope you can help! Thanks and appreciate sited that do what you do as otherwise we are basically left to no other means to get a resolution.
