Withdrawal Request Still Not Processed

This has been a beyond cumbersome process and still have not received the money from my initial withdrawal request for $2000 which I initiated July 5th. After going through their exhaustive and tedious verification process and submitting all the necessary documents requested I was approved. I provided my banking information only to find out because I am in the US they only worked with certain banks, despite my bank being able to accept international wire transfers. So then I opened a new bank account that they worked with and provided that information. This was processed at the end of July, upon further follow-up weeks later, the withdrawal amount was reposted into my account, minus $200 so now had $1800 customer service then told me that this was due to a bonus related amount, I did not argue, but further they told me I needed to re-request my withdrawal again due to their payments team determining the payment was to be issued via bitcoin. This was due to my initial deposit being made via bitcoin. However, there is no withdrawal option for users other than wire transfer, and had I not followed-up repeatedly would never have been communicated with regarding the hold-up or issues related to any aspect of this entire withdrawal request and process I have thus far encountered.

Per customer chat service representatives, I resubmitted again my withdrawal request on August 26th for $1810.42. Per the terms of the casino my withdrawal request should have been reviewed and approved within 7 days of receiving it, even more so given it had previously already been approved. However, it’s been over 20 days and still nothing. Mind you, I have over 5-7 chat transcripts with customer service chat representatives that all say their escalating my withdrawal request and that they will have a manager follow-up and nothing again has been done.

There is no ability to call or even speak with a manager or anyone in a position of power to do anything. It’s really frustrating but I keep trying to be patient as well as keep following-up but hope this site will be able to procure a result. I have done everything they have asked and have all the required documentation and information which they verified via several of these chat sessions also.

They also have my bitcoin wallet information as requested I submit the day I had to re-request my withdrawal. So there should be no reason why my already approved withdrawal request hasn’t been reapproved or processed at this point, let alone issued payment. I have been trying to get this money like I said since July 5th. Hope you can help! Thanks and appreciate sited that do what you do as otherwise we are basically left to no other means to get a resolution.

STILL WAITING FOR PAYMENT

I still need them to process and issue payment since making my initial request on June 15 was approved since August 15 and then re-approved again on August 28 after they requested I resubmit my request after realizing the amount had been re-deposited to my account after their payouts team arbitrarily changed the method of payment from wire transfer to Bitcoin, and resubmitted it on August 26th and was re-approved by them on August 28th and is “still being processed” with no actual commitment to when payment is going to be issued... if ever. This has been over a three month process and still have not received payment to date (September 17th) which is well beyond their terms and conditions payment periods committed to on their website. So, if we the players are held to their numerous and strict terms and conditions as outlined, why are they not committed or obligated to comply or fulfill their own terms as outlined
for withdrawals and payment time as stated of 7-10 business days for review/approval and once approved 7-10 business days to issue and receive payment???? and , as stated “it’s the strict terms and conditions agreed to and between us [Raging Bull] and the player”

Please understand I have been beyond patient and adhered to all that was asked of me by Raging Bull throughout this process with the faith they intended to fulfill their own terms related to withdrawal requests and payment of my approved withdrawal request and still have no email informing me the money has been sent it over month later. Please help!!!!

Also, have included a screen shot of my transaction history and chat transcript from two days ago with customer service explaining it had been approved but “STILL BEING PROCES­SED­/PR­OCE­SSING” but so sense of when I would actually be issued the money which is supposed to be paid 7-10 Business days after approved from AUGUST 16th being the first date approved, but changing how they were paying it out, nor was I provided notification regarding the money being returned to my account due to this change by them and upon inquiring to customer service was told I had to submit the SAME WITHDRAWAL request again AUGUST 26th and SAME APPROVAL or RE-APPROVAL reflects AUGUST 28th but and now we are at SEPTEMBER 17th ... both of these dates making this over a month with NO PAYMENT ISSUED... please help resolve this!!!

I have one and been paid by this Casino in the past and also been denied. I stopped playing there because the runaround they gave you but they kept messaging me and claiming that they’ve changed their policies and they’re fast now blah blah blah anyhow so I’ve deposited a few times and I won going on. I think 67 days now and I’ve heard nothing from them and I know that first thing they’re gonna say is all we need to verify well they already have my information. Nothing has changed my address. My drivers license is all the same as it was six months ago when they paid me for a winning and also I’m not sure why, but my account was under my first and last name but now it’s and letters, which seems odd. I deposited it with liitecoin cryptocurrency through my Coinbase wallet. When making the deposit it told me to choose light coin because it would make withdrawing fast easy and seamless, but when I went to withdraw, the light coin option was not available so I had to choose bitcoin which since suspect they’re always trying to pull something at this Casino tactics redundancy and frates annoying especially because I stopped playing there and they pulled me back in and then I won and now they’re doing the same thing I attached my withdraw request and the only correspondence regarding my withdrawal which sent automatically and instantly once you request a cash out. I’ve messaged live chat and they say it’s been received but can’t tell me anything more.

Approved Withdrawals Reversed Delayed And Not Paid Since March
I have been attempting to resolve withdrawal issues with Raging Bull Casino since March 2.

At this time, I have approximately 12500 in pending and unpaid withdrawals on my account, many of which have been sitting since March and April without being processed.

A withdrawal of 2500 was approved and split into two payments of 1250. One portion of this withdrawal is no longer visible or has been removed from my account.

In addition, a previous withdrawal was reduced significantly due to applied deductions. However, the remaining payments have not been processed consistently and have been delayed multiple times.

Several withdrawals have been delayed repeatedly, in some cases four or more times, without clear explanation or updated timelines.

I also have multiple other withdrawals that remain delayed with no clear processing schedule.

I have made repeated attempts to contact support through chat, email, and other channels and have been ignored or provided with no meaningful response.

My concerns are:

1. Approved withdrawals are being split, reduced, or removed without clear explanation
2. Payments are repeatedly delayed and not processed as expected
3. Ongoing lack of communication and ignored support requests

I am requesting:

- Clarification and reinstatement of the missing portion of the 2500 withdrawal
- A clear explanation of how deductions are being applied and how remaining balances are processed
- Processing of all pending withdrawals totaling approximately 12500

I am seeking resolution for the full amount owed and immediate attention to this matter.
