I have this problem with Euro Play casino. I got the sign up 20usd no deposit bonus, had already wager the requirement. In order to withdraw my winnings i had to make a minimum deposit of 25usd as told by euro play casino live chat. I had asked and reassure many times with the staff on live chat if i make a deposit on entropay or neteller can i make a withdrawal by entro pay and neteller... The person named Patrik on live chat assured me back many times replied with a Yes and rest assure that I will be able to withdraw by entropay or neteller.
So i proceed with my deposit.
After making the minimum require deposit of 25usd I suppose to make a withdrawal immediately as told by the live support
but under my cashier withdrawal column there's no card selection for withdrawal
i then look for the live support 'patrik' who assist me earlier on.
In the beginning he says to wait for 15mins, then 2 hours, then some hours later... After sometimes no reply from live support,
I sent emails many times to accounting, support and manager of europlay but no reply regarding my issues too.
After many many hours i log on to my europlay account and look for live support again,
this time round it's another person who assist me named thomas.
Thomas says that they do not support withdrawal by entropay and neteller, only support withdrawal by VISA...
but that was not what i was told in the first place before I made a deposit.
The live support Thomas told me to make another deposit again by VISA before i can make a withdrawal.
When i argue with him about this as I already had make a successful deposit. he says that he can't do anything about it regarding my withdrawal and told me that's not their policy, I felt being cheated and scam by Euro Play Casino. I can't made a withdrawal for my winnings and my deposit already made...
