Recently I made a deposit of € 100 at PlayMillion Casino and used the bonus code matchme100 to recieve a monthly 100% bonus. I played the slotmachine FoxinWins for 3 days and when I finally had met the wagering requirement my balance was at about €1.300,-. I played on until my balance was at € 1.100 and then I decided to withdraw all my winnings.
After a couple of days I recieved an email from their customer service which said they had cancelled my withdrawal request and removed all my winnings and set my balance back at € 100,-. This because I had breached their bonus terms and conditions.
This is the rule they say I broke:
"Placing single or multiple bets equal to or greater than 10% of the value of the bonus credited to the player account on a single game or hand, increasing the balance then changing the gaming pattern significantly (bet, game type, bet structure, etc) in order to complete the wagering requirements for that bonus."
I played about 1.700 spins on FoxinWins and about 30 of those spins were at a stake of € 10,-. I didn't think this was gonna be a problem but now they refuse to payout my winnings because of these couple of € 10 spins.
As a will of good gesture they offered me to add a bonus to my balance. I responded to them this was totally unacceptable and no way to treat a customer. They are using their bonus terms to refuse to payout my winnings and now they offer me a bonus instead? Sounds like a scam to me.
This isn't the first time a made a deposit at PlayMillion but certainly the last time.
I have screenshots and emails to support this but I don't know how to add them to this form.
