Play Million Casino - Balance deleted and no response !!!

I have been playing at PlayMillion casino for about two months. I won several thousands three days ago, but lost suddenly from two days before and then remains only about $200 at noon.

However, I logged in my account and then found my balance was "0". How come it is ??!! I remember that I haven't lost all my balance after my last bet. It's not the real status of my balance.

I asked the support team of PalyMillion about the mention problem. But I have not received any response from them so far.

Please ask PlayMillion to reply me a good reason on this matter. Thank you.

The balance the player is referring to was bonus balance remaining from a bonus. This was removed when the bonus expired since the wagering requirements were not completed.

I can confirm that the player's email was replied to as well as further emails he sent and the issue was resolved.
