I requested my withdrawal of $480 on May 4th 2016 at 10:55 a.m. then my request for my withdrawal was approved on May the 11th 2016 at 6:29 p.m. since that point in time I have been given the runaround by all their stuff. I have been told numerous times that they escalated my withdrawal and that it should be any day over and over again and yet still nothing. Then when I tried to do a live chat three times in a row there was nobody there after I started the chat and explain my problem they just wouldn't respond. Then when I try to use the customer service phone number the first time someone answered and he said that he couldn't hear me and hung up before I even had a second to say anything then I immediately called back and the same person answered eventually and said please hold for a moment and put me on hold before I could say anything and I waited for 15 minutes and then it hung up immediately again called back the exact same thing happened again I again immediately called back at this point somebody answered and gave me run around telling me to go to live chat. I explained that I was already trying to do live chat at the same time that I was on the phone with them and there was nobody responding to me. I have sent numerous emails over and over again and still nothing.

As you know, I do my very best to resolve these issues. I understand player's frustrations with delays, however, making duplicate postings under separate AG usernames only slows things down for me.
