I won at this casino on the 06.10.2014,sent my ID and deposited 25.00E same day so I could make a withdrawal. I made the withdrawal of 225.00E 06.10.2014. They say 1-5 business ,I have stayed in touch via email and live chat and continue to get different responses. The first was assurance that it would be processed by the end of the week,then next week...my withdrawl is stil pending.Can someone please help me
