I've done a withdrawal at casino plex on the 1st of April of EUR 1K exactly. I spoke to someone of customer support and they told me all the documents were available to process the payment. I entered my withdrawal via the bank transfer option but it's now more then a week there having the 'waiting' status.
Also emailed customer support everyday but they say they are having 'technical issues' with their envoy platform and dont have Skrill available. I don't really care about skrill, but asked this because it was taking so long.
They keep telling me the same BS excuses every day.
I want my money. I didn't use any bonuses or whatsoever.
