Payment denied after a misleading information been given


my wife has an acct at silver oak and she sent an email to them asking if I could also create an acct and they said yes I was lucky enough to win and now they are denying my payouts stating that her email wAS A general question, and I do not qualify for bonus codes that silver oak offered me. I have close to 5 grand owed to me, and they wont pay me, the manager I spoke to was named mike, my wife hAS an email from silver oak support reference #ltk12166016327136x stating even if you have an acct your husband can have one as well, stating I cant use a welcome bonus, and I never used a welcome bonus code, the only ones I used were ones on my start up page. it states I can use a free bonus code if offered. mike says he just wants to refund the money I deposited, which is unacceptable, I won fair and square playing by silver oaks rules. I will not roll over and die on this one, mike told me I am a very good player and therefore I am not getting paid. so that tells me that if you are a loser they want you to play, if you are a disciplined player then your money isn't welcome. says a lot about their ethics
