Planet 7 Casino - My Patience Is Over!

Now I am the most patient person I know when it comes down to business. I give everyone their fair chance but when you communicate with me and let me know what's going on then we have a winner.

Planet 7 does communicate with you right up until the time it is to send out the check. Now I have went through the entire approval of the withdrawals and the emails explaining that it's a waiting game. All that is understood but when the time frame on which you tell me is over and you are ignoring me then I have a big problem.

So I was approved for 3 withdrawals; $1900, $365 and $1455. I keep going through live chat and they tell me it's in escalations then they tell me that I need to contact silver oaks casino for more info. Now I've contacted them for more info and no one has responded to me yet. And it's past the 3 weeks that Robyn told me that I should hear something from them. But still my emails haven't been answered nor any question I have.

Sorry about the trouble with this--for some reason an extra 'a' to your casino username, so I couldn't locate your account. The good news is that now that I've found it, I can give you better news about your payments. ;-)

We'll be combining the $365 and $1900 withdrawals into one payment, which is going out first thing in the morning (Monday). I would expect tracking on this, mid-week with the payment reaching you by Friday or the following Monday at the latest.

Your $1455 withdrawal will be sent off to you the following Monday (May 2), and following the same tracking/delivery as the latter.

I apologize for all the delays you've experienced.

I'll continue to monitor this to ensure all goes smoothly.

I'm coming with good news for you. :-)

Your tracking reached my desk, late yesterday (Tuesday) and I can see that the payment of $2265 will be delivered to you today, by 4:30 PM.

And the good news does not end there!

The remaining balance was sent off and will be arriving later today, as well! This will be in a separate package.

Thanks I did receive both payments as promised. Thanks for the prompt fixture or this matter, but now I was told that I had to wait up to 6 months for the check to clear but they will try to get it to clear earlier than that. I know that situation is out of your hands. But in all fairness I will play with you all again I just will get another payout method. I'll keep you updated about the clearance of the cheques....
