I never received my payment

It's been over 7 days since I've been waiting for my withdrawal, and it's 65, not a big deal

When I first asked how long the withdrawals take, they said through crypto, 0- 6 hours. I waited for 4 days, nothing.

Then I sent every document they asked to get verified, got verified, and now they are saying I need to wait for 12 more days because they dont have instant crypto withdrawals. Pure lies.

Here is proof of what they said and proof that I'm verified.

Now I need to wait 12 more days for 65 euros, plus the 7 days I waited for nothing, equal 19 days for 65 euros.

It is absurd. It's obvious they dont wanna send me my money.

If anyone can help please review my case I have all the documents of proof.
