Being ignored by casino after winnings

I have $1,537 tied up in Paradise 8. Only $500 can be withdrawn at a time and one possible payout per month is not going to cut it. My documents were verified a while ago and I was told when I put in the first request that I would receive it within 1-7 days. That was on June 5th 2021. What's really troubling me is the fact that now, if I pull up the live chat support I am completely ignored! I have even been "hung up on" twice after I requested payout update. I have written support and provided them screenshots even, and yesterday I wrote management and heard nothing back yet. I keep getting the same robot answer in the few times anyone has answered which has only been 1-2 times. I would like to go ahead and resolve this before it goes into months later and they void my winnings due to time lapse.

That is actually good to hear. I do hope you are able to get the technical headache resolved soon and I am so happy I can continue playing at one of my favorite casinos because the support team hasn't been ignoring people or lost their friendly attitudes.

I have spoken to our Customer Support manager and he has confirmed there are technical difficulties with the chat after the latest upgrade made a couple weeks ago. We are working hard in resolving the issue so chats are not cut off like you have experienced. Please note that this is not intentional and is due to a technical bug we are trying to fix at this time.

Regarding your second withdrawal request, I can see it is in the final stages of processing and you should receive it within the next 24 hours.

Thank you Mr. King for your letter. And yes, I have now received one of the payouts. The other one,
(ID 242534), is still pending. I mainly felt the need to ask for help because something weird is happening with the chat support lines at any and all hours day or night. It has been lately, impossible to get an agent to speak with me or to not say hello then disconnect right after I state my question.

I never received my payment

Well I have had several issues starting from November 22, 2025. After submitting my withdrawal request and my verification documents and verification payment I still have not received my withdrawals. Their website states it can take up to 12 days and it has already been over a month. After reaching out to support multiple times over the last month I was finally told my withdrawal request was processed. I never received my payment and my first withdrawal request is no longer visible on the site. When bringing this u to support something happened and now I can no longer even log in and the support window does not work anymore.

Before I signed up Paradise 8 Casino there was an offer for a 75 spin bonus for signing up and when I signed up it only gave me a 50 spin bonus so I left the casino to go to my email to make sure that's what it was which was the 75 spins for signing up I went to log back in and it said that my signing password and or username was incorrect which I know it was not so I took a temporary password and answered that and it went through so I went to leave again just to screenshot it of what it said to give it to live chat and it said the same thing about incorrect password and or username so I went and used the second temporary password that they sent me and it didn't work so I contacted live chat and I spoke to Adriana and she resolved my password and user's name situation but whenever I mentioned this 75 spins and only got 50 she said I can't do nothing about that sorry and then left the chat and I told her that trust these key on these sites and so far I'm not giving any Trust on this site so far and I said that I was going to leave this review and go to my original site and nothing was said she just left it at that and I don't think that was very good on the site's part and or her part.

Delayed Payment

Submitted documents for verification on 10/11/24. First I was told in chat support they were approved on 10/12/24. Then I was told in chat support they were approved 10/13/24. Once again I was told in chat support at a later date they were approved on 10/14/24. Everything is verified. They have 12 business days to execute withdraw. I have been in touch with support multiple times. I received an email address for management. No one has replied or tried to get in touch. Support will not transfer me to anyone who can help.

Fail of feedback from delay of €100 payment

I have won €100 at this casino I pushed withdraw and they said I had to do a €25 deposit and preferably through bitcoin wallet, so I did. After that I had to validate my documents proving it’s me so I did and they did approve my request to withdraw and Approve my verification also.

So I ask them when my withdrawal will be executed, they said between 1 and 8 business days so I waited and I ask them on the 8th day when my funds will be withdrawn. They answered me the management will contact me now 2 days later I still haven’t heared from them, anytime I ask something through mail or chatbox I don’t get a response. If anyone can help please review my case I have all the documents of proof.

Keeps delaying payment of $500

I requested a btc withdrawal of $500 on may 19th, submitted all documents even though they wait until the 5th business day to request documents but I still went on and provided all docs and info. It has now been over 7 business days and I still have yet to be paid.

Paradise 8’s support is constantly unavailable or when they do decide to respond they take 30mins+ to do so and then not even answer any questions. In one of the screen shots you can see me asking a simple question about when the security team will be in and Agent Ryan avoids to answer this and then seems to get agitated and disconnects?

All I want is my money. I've made one withdrawal from paradise 8 in the past and never had a experience like this.
