I have $1,537 tied up in Paradise 8. Only $500 can be withdrawn at a time and one possible payout per month is not going to cut it. My documents were verified a while ago and I was told when I put in the first request that I would receive it within 1-7 days. That was on June 5th 2021. What's really troubling me is the fact that now, if I pull up the live chat support I am completely ignored! I have even been "hung up on" twice after I requested payout update. I have written support and provided them screenshots even, and yesterday I wrote management and heard nothing back yet. I keep getting the same robot answer in the few times anyone has answered which has only been 1-2 times. I would like to go ahead and resolve this before it goes into months later and they void my winnings due to time lapse.

Thank you Mr. King for your letter. And yes, I have now received one of the payouts. The other one,
(ID 242534), is still pending. I mainly felt the need to ask for help because something weird is happening with the chat support lines at any and all hours day or night. It has been lately, impossible to get an agent to speak with me or to not say hello then disconnect right after I state my question.

Our apologies for the problems you encountered with our Live Chat. I have spoken to our Customer Support manager and he has confirmed there are technical difficulties with the chat after the latest upgrade made a couple weeks ago. We are working hard in resolving the issue so chats are not cut off like you have experienced. Please note that this is not intentional and is due to a technical bug we are trying to fix at this time.

Regarding your second withdrawal request, I can see it is in the final stages of processing and you should receive it within the next 24 hours.

That is actually good to hear. I do hope you are able to get the technical headache resolved soon and I am so happy I can continue playing at one of my favorite casinos because the support team hasn't been ignoring people or lost their friendly attitudes.

I consider this resolved and have left positive reviews for both sites.
