Hi i use slots of vegas quite alot tended to keep what i had won in my account for play money i had a good run 1 day and decided to withdraw 1200 dollars.
After doing so i had an email saying i need to send id and so on so i sent all relevant info str8 away.
3weeks later my transaction got refused as i hadnt sent my id info ...
Which i had
So i go through process again all the id part gets ok.d.
Now i have to send info about my bank details which in its self takes 3 weeks as they kept sending me emails saying i hadnt filled all oarts of form in correctly..
I sent this info at least 6 times .
Eventually i get to transaction has been authorised.
Sinse it has been veryfued and authorised should have taken maximum 10 working days its been 3 months and still nothing.
I have been passed from withdrawalls to the manager to the escalations team .
Tara from escalations is dealing with me but all i keep getting is ther is a problem with the 3rd party they use for transactions and my payment will be here shortly .
I have asked for the name and details of the 3rd party company but not yet had any reply..
I have sent over 30 /40 emails up to yet and every week now send 1 each to the 3 departments i have been passed 2 ..
Any 1 got any help for me thanksrich
