Slots of Vegas Casino - Over 3 months and no payment

I requested a withdrawal on March 5 for $2,500. I was told they would send a check, then a month later told they would send me a debit card and funds available within 48 hours, then told send info for wire transfer, which I did and received confirmation...been another month now with nothing. All this time, through SEVERAL phone calls, emails and chats, I have been told it is being sent to escalations dept...still nothing. Ridiculous and tired of waiting.

I've had a look at your account and I see that the payment was already applied to your pre-paid card, May 6th. Please check your card and let me know if you're still not seeing the payment.

Nothing has been deposited to my card or I would not be complaining. I just checked on line again. I have been talking with Julie and on 5/31 I emailed her a copy of Transaction screen showing no transactions, I then received another form to complete for your company to make a wire transfer, which I sent on 5/31 and received confirmation from Julie and was told that wire would be done asap. I called the next week and was told any day now. We are going on 4 months. You have my wiring information and I would like the money to be wired to my account promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I will close complaint as soon as I receive my funds.

No emails or phone calls from slots of Vegas. Not surprised as I am owed by their sister casino as well. I have called slots of Vegas on 6/23 and you get the same VIP host for both slots of Vegas and cool cat which are sister casinos. I was told they no longer use the pre-paid debit cards they sent out as the vendor for that wasn't working out and that wire transfer was the withdrawal method used. Spoke to Ryan, a VIP host who was extremely rude. It's been almost 4 months owed for these "sister companies" with nothing but excuses and no payment. I believe these casinos should be blacklisted for non payment !
