I have been awaiting a withdrawal from Olympus Play Casino since the 9th August 2021 well over 3 months. There terms and conditions for withdrawal state that withdrawal can take between 7-21 working days.

I have chased this on a weekly basis and keep getting the same response. It is awaiting to be approved from the Finance team, please be patient, we reserve the right to extend the withdrawal.

It is just not acceptable to be waiting over 3 months for a withdrawal when their withdrawal process states 7-21 working days. I have waited over double this time with my withdrawal still pending.

I have sent several messages to the support email address and do not get a reply. I have asked on numerous occasions for the complaints process which again has not been forthcoming.

Please can you intervene and offer a resolution as I feel I have no where else to turn.
