I want to file a complaint against Olympus Play. I played with a welcome bonus on December 12th and then played two days to meet the wagering requirements (45x). After the conditions were met I still had 1700€ on my account. Of course, I wanted to pay out the money. This was successful and I received a confirmation mail. The e-Mail (you will see below) said it could take up 7-21 business days to get the money. You'll see today is the 11th of February (42 business days are gone) and I am still waiting for the money.
As you will see in the pictures below I wrote several times to the support chat (14th of January, 20th of January, and 27th of January). But they tried to put me off every time and did not allow me to talk to the manager. I only wanted to know how long it will take them to pay out my money or why it will. take so long. I have complied with all conditions and waited a long time, but nothing happens. On the 27th of January, I tried the last time to write to the e-mail support and the answer was nothing other than in the chat. I'm slowly getting desperate about all this stuff. On the website of Olympus Play, I saw that your site is an affiliate of them and this gives me hope that you can help me to get my rightfully won money.
