I joined the casino and made a few deposits but then won and processed a withdrawal of 660 pounds on 1st January. I'd played through bonus amounts and the website quotes 5 - 21 days to process a withdrawal (I've gone through their verification checks). Now wait 5 weeks and still no sign of it being processed - is showing as 'awaiting' in my account. Online chat keeps apologising and saying they hope it will be processed soon but I've seen other reviews saying they do not pay out to British players. I have screenshots if required. Great if you could help. Thanks
