I submitted my withdrawal for 300 euro on 11/2/22, t&c’s state up to 7-21 days to receive. The support team state exactly the same paragraph each time you contact them, this is utterly ridiculous to wait this long for a withdrawal, I have tried being patient but to no availability. Please help me in this matter, thank you.
