I won £2300 on 18/2/22
Told to wait 7-21 days
Waited 21 days excluding weekends
No winnings credited to bank and now being fed all excuses eh be patient they're short staffed etc
Totally unacceptable.
Every time I email it's the same excuses over and over again.
They won't provide the 'finance dept' email. I wish I'd read the awful reviews on trust pilot before depositing
Please help me get my winnings
Just as an add on the 17/02/22 i deposited £1000. Then it said ' failed deposit'
The casino said it had been returned to my bank.
My bank has confirmed the casino took the payment but are denying this.
So not only are they witholding £2300 of winnings they have a £1000 deposit.
This is shocking. What kind of company does this
