Withdrawals delayed well over a month now

My first withdrawal well over 6 months ago was for £750. Then I waited 3 months just for that money to returned back to my casino account. I then decided to play with that money resulting in me winning, therefore I requested a new withdrawal worth £5000.

After months and months of chasing them up via live chat and email, my account has been blocked for no reason at all and they are no longer responding to my emails, any help is much appreciated.

Submitted my withdrawal for £200 on 25.2.22?t&c's state up to 7-21 days to receive. The support team state exactly the same things every time you contact them, this is ridiculous having to wait this long for a

withdrawal process. I have tried being patient but I'm not getting anywhere with this matter.

Waited 21 days excluding weekends

No winnings credited to bank and now being fed all excuses eh be patient they're short staffed etc

Totally unacceptable.

Every time I email it's the same excuses over and over again.

They won't provide the 'finance dept' email. I wish I'd read the awful reviews on trust pilot before depositing

I submitted my withdrawal for 300 euro on 11/2/22, t&c’s state up to 7-21 days to receive. The support team state exactly the same paragraph each time you contact them, this is utterly ridiculous to wait this long for a withdrawal, I have tried being patient but to no availability. I want to file a complaint against Olympus Play. I played with a welcome bonus on December 12th and then played two days to meet the wagering requirements (45x). After the conditions were met I still had 1700€ on my account. Of course, I wanted to pay out the money. This was successful and I received a confirmation mail. The e-Mail (you will see below) said it could take up 7-21 business days to get the money. You'll see today is the 11th of February (42 business days are gone) and I am still waiting for the money.

As you will see in the pictures below I wrote several times to the support chat (14th of January, 20th of January, and 27th of January). But they tried to put me off every time and did not allow me to talk to the manager. I only wanted to know how long it will take them to pay out my money or why it will. take so long. I have complied with all conditions and waited a long time, but nothing happens. On the 27th of January, I tried the last time to write to the e-mail support and the answer was nothing other than in the chat. I'm slowly getting desperate about all this stuff. On the website of Olympus Play, I saw that your site is an affiliate of them and this gives me hope that you can help me to get my rightfully won money.

I joined the casino and made a few deposits but then won and processed a withdrawal of 660 pounds on 1st January. I'd played through bonus amounts and the website quotes 5 - 21 days to process a withdrawal (I've gone through their verification checks). Now wait 5 weeks and still no sign of it being processed - is showing as 'awaiting' in my account. Online chat keeps apologising and saying they hope it will be processed soon but I've seen other reviews saying they do not pay out to British players. I have screenshots if required. I have been waiting over 5 weeks for my withdrawal from Olympus casino I message every week and been told numerous times not to worry, my withdrawal will be with me soon. But nothing ever changes, I’ve been given different reasons for why it’s taking so long technical problems short staffed are the main ones but still no payment .

It states 7-21 days and it been well over this time frame.

I made a withdrawal in www.olympusplay.com since 27/8 at 5000 Swedish krona and I am still waiting they say because I close my account after I made the withdrawals. It will take a longer time, you can see the email a get from olympusplay in September. Please help me to get back my money, every time they say the same thing.

Still nothing, always the same answer; must be patient. Mailing to [email protected] gets the same answer; is waiting to be processed.

They state it takes between 7-21 days. It now has been 26 working days.

Does anyone have a good experience withdrawing with this casino?
