Hello I received an email saying get 80 spins for £1 so I did this did the wagering requirements and won a total of £450 which they said the were paying me I had an email saying they had processed my winnings then had an email saying that they have confiscated my winnings but didn't say why, I have tried to contact them by email but never get a response
You have been back and forth with support and risk management for a couple of days regarding this, so you have indeed received many responses from them.

General Promotion Terms and Conditions
1.All promotions can only be claimed once per computer, mobile device, person, household, family, household address, email address, credit card number, IP address or shared computer environment such as a library, workplace, fraternity, university or school. Any winnings associated with a bonus being claimed more than once will be confiscated and the casino account locked.
As you have said you are already discussing with KGC, I am no longer able to assist in this complaint. Once you have the results from KGC please kindly send them to ask gamblers so they can resolve the case either way.

Could you please try to elaborate a bit more and let us know if you have been presented any evidence of behalf Luxury Casino management where it is clearly visible when and how you breached Term #1 from their General Promotion Terms&Conditions?

I don't have any evidence that I've breached the terms and conditions of the site, I thinks it's unfair I get bombarded with emails from cr rewards all day everyday say free spins for £1 pound I've never won anything from them apart from the £450 which now the don't want to pay out its just a con.
This case is presented in front of Kahnawake Gambling Commission and will stay unresolved until we get resolution from licence authority.
