I deposited a certain aount and made my money up to $500. Upon requesting withdrawal, it took days until my account was locked by the app because they are asking for documents for verification like bank statements, ID, front and back photos of my card that has been use in depositing funds, I provided all the request but they keep replying to my email that I need to provide the said documents. Attached to this are the documents that I submitted to the Luxury casino email. Looking forward to your response and Thank you

Unfortunately the interac information I was given was for a different account so please disregard it.
I can see risk sent you an email overnight showing you where exactly on the statements you can see the refunds on March 10.
Once you have read the email please reply back so this case can be closed.

I contacted my bank and no refund has been received. Interac also requires transaction details to trace any refund.
Please provide:
* the refund transaction/reference ID
* the exact refund amount
* the processing date
* the payment method used for the refund
* proof or receipt showing the refund was successfully sent
Without this information, neither my bank nor Interac can verify the refund.
