I should have 45 free spins after my deposit, they say they are there but when I click play it won't let me, I have emailed casino 5 times and tried live chat for days, but there live chat isn't live it's a bot and answers nothing I ask, it is a joke and why to say it's live if it's not. I can't get answers and I want the bonus that was promised. I feel scammed is this a real casino.

I can see the spins in your account, however I have had them reissued just in case there is a bug. Can you please log in and try to use them again. The game is Cash Printer Heist. You may need to go into the game directly if it doesn't pop on login. The spins will expire on the 24th if not used.

Please let me know. We will get this sorted.

I have tried to use them all the time, after you sent this response I tried an nothing has changed... I want to know why you say live chat , yet everytime I get a robot who doesnt understand my question...I want my 45 spins

Due to high demand for support we use a chatbot to take care of simple queries. As your experience shows, this does not always work with every query, and so i have forwarded your feedback. I can't do anything about that right now so I would prefer to focus on the issue you're having, which is unable to claim the free spins.

Can you please give more info about what you are seeing when you go into the game on login? Do you see a pop up for the games and it just doesnt work? Do you not see any pop up?

Due to the way the ask gamblers website works in my country, this would be far easier to solve via email, so I am going to get someone to take a look and possibly email you about this.

I click on game it says congrats 45 spins...I hit play now an then when I go to spin it says insifisciant funds
