i withdrew 800.00 and 1,000.00 in february 2016. never got paid by casino. after many, many emails which were mostly ignored, they have now locked me out of the casino and wont answer any emails and will not answer phone and you are not able to leave a message. please help me get my money. i have alot of emails back and forth but i do not know how to transfer to you, can you please explain to me how to do this so i can send them to you?

When we publish your complaint we inform casino that they have an ongoing complaint on AskGamblers website. Also, we remind them daily to respond to the complaint directly. It is casino's prerogative to respond or not if they don't respond complaint will be marked unresolved and we recommended to seek help with a licencing authority of the casino.

has my complaint time run out? i dont know how this works, i have heard nothing back from you, ask gamblers, so i dont know if you ever contacted atlantis gold casino or not. please reply

i have heard nothing. they have not only locked me out of the casino, now they are denying my emails. have you contacted them? it is impossible for me to contact them. they have locked me out everyway they possibly could. they have definitely not paid my winnings, and it looks like they dont plan too. is there anything you can do? i can't even find out anything.
