Good day! Thank you for contacting us. Payment will be sent in increments of 2000. Please note that third party processors implemented new rule of having limits for payments which is beyond our control. This was implemented for security and protection of funds. As such, next schedule of payment processing is on Sept 15. We hope this clarifies.

So everyone that plays in this casino please be aware that they have a "new rule" and now payouts take about a month and a half to two months!!!! My first payment took two months and now my second payment, if paid on the 15th as they state will be one month and a half that I have been waiting. This casino does pay but the lengthy pay out if unacceptable. The only reason they are finally e-mailing me is probably because I wrote on this site because before NO one got back to me. Players be ware, if you win in this casino be prepared to wait months to get your winnings. I have played in many other casinos and never had to wait so long to receive my money. Grand agle is one that pays weekly and has great customer service. I wish I would have won the money there and I would already have all my money paid. So in conclusion, yes they pay but you have to wait for months due to their "new" rule.
