I won 25,000 at Atlantis Gold casino over two months ago and they have not paid me one payment as of yet. I e-mail them everyday with no response and my money is still sitting in the withdrawal account. This casino pays extremely slow and does not cater to big gamblers.I am still waiting to see when they will make my first payment.

Yes, finally after two months I received an e-mail that I would be paid my first installment of 2000.00. However, I have still not received it. Also, I have e-mailed your casino every single day for two months to get an accurate understanding as to how long each installment will take to be paid and NO ONE answers my question. If the first installment took two months and the second payment has still not been withdrawn then at this rate I wont see the entire amount I won until MAYBE next year! This is totally unacceptable and I would like someone to explain why your policy reads that the money will be deducted weekly and obviously it is not. Again, I am still waiting for my first payment and have no idea since no one gets back to me as to when the payments are withdrawn, weekly, bi weekly, monthly or whenever your casino feels like it. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars to be treated so poorly and not have my money paid in a timely manner. I am hoping perhaps if I am lucky someone anyone will finally e-mail me with an explanation as to when the second payment will be withdrawn and how I will be paid after that.

Yes, I finally received the first payment of 2000 two months after I had withdrawn the money. However, as I have continually asked and get no answer is how will the remainder of the payments be paid out? I e-mail your casino every single day and no one responds. My second payment has been sitting in the withdraw account for a month now and no one has taken that out either. I simply need to know why your policy states it will be in weekly increments and I have to wait for months to get each payment. All I want is a true answer to how I will be paid so I know what to expect since e-mailing your casino does me no good. I wrote a long e-mail before and the only thing you answered was "Kindly inform us when you receive first 2000". Seriously? Again, can you or anyone from your casino please answer my question that I have asked at least 80 times as to how you pay out my winnings. Your policy states weekly but as everyone can see that is false advertisement. I have a second payment waiting for a month. and still have no idea when the rest of the payments will be paid. Can you answer my question once and for all. I have played in other casinos and I must say your casino has the worst customer service and pay outs ever! Very upset that I cant even get an answer to a simple question.
And no this has not been resolved since you still owe me $23,000 and I have no idea when I will be receiving my money.

Again!!!!! No answer to my question which is How do you pay out the winnings? I am so glad everyone can see that your casino will not answer how the payments are paid out. Everyone who plays in this casino beware. They dont answer any questions as you can clearly see. This is the 83rd time I have asked via e-mail, phone calls and NO ON can answer a simple question. Let me try this one last time and please note that your not answering is jepordizing your casino and I hope ALL the players can feel my frustration. How will I be paid the remainder of my money? I want to know since your policy states weekly and it was 2 months before the first payment and the second payment has been sitting in the withdrawal for over a month now and the remainder of the money is sitting in my account. Why wont you answer such a simple question. I am so glad that all the players can see this and see the frustration I have been going through. This casino just does not answer a direct question or pay out your money as they state in their policy. I will continue posting on every website I can about what horrible customer service you have and the fact that it takes months to get paid and no one will answer the question as to how many weeks it actually takes to get the money withdrawn. the policy states weekly but as you can see that is not true. I am hoping to get an answer from someone in the casino or I will continue to make sure every website I can go on knows that this casino does not honor their policies and even worse does not provide you with any clear answers. If you play in this casino get ready to not get paid for months. Horrible customer service and extremely delayed pay outs be warned.

Good day! Thank you for contacting us. Payment will be sent in increments of 2000. Please note that third party processors implemented new rule of having limits for payments which is beyond our control. This was implemented for security and protection of funds. As such, next schedule of payment processing is on Sept 15. We hope this clarifies.

So everyone that plays in this casino please be aware that they have a "new rule" and now payouts take about a month and a half to two months!!!! My first payment took two months and now my second payment, if paid on the 15th as they state will be one month and a half that I have been waiting. This casino does pay but the lengthy pay out if unacceptable. The only reason they are finally e-mailing me is probably because I wrote on this site because before NO one got back to me. Players be ware, if you win in this casino be prepared to wait months to get your winnings. I have played in many other casinos and never had to wait so long to receive my money. Grand agle is one that pays weekly and has great customer service. I wish I would have won the money there and I would already have all my money paid. So in conclusion, yes they pay but you have to wait for months due to their "new" rule.

I guess its resolved but I will have to wait until the middle of next year to actually collect ALL of my winnings. I want to make sure players are aware of the pay out schedule in this casino so that they know what they are getting into if they play at Atlantis Gold.Play somewhere else where they actually pay weekly and answer your e-mails. Also, they don't change the policies on a whim. Good luck..
