Planet 7 Casino - Non-payment after months

Made $1,200 in winnings. I never broke any of their rules. I ran into verification issues at first after requesting my withdrawal which I then obliged by sending 3-4 forms of ID and secondary utility bill copies just incase as well (just to be sure I wouldnt run into more delays or issues). Two days later I was approved solving that problem out quickly, no issues there.

The Issues began after making a new withdrawal request after getting the verification issue I had solved.

I was approved for my withdrawal request and was happy and looking forward to definately switching to Planet 7 Casino as my primary stop for gaming. Until 2-3 weeks had gone by without any updates on my withdrawal process.

I began reaching out to Live Chat support almost every other day 1-2 times a day trying to get any details on where my payment stands. Every Single time I asked about where my check is or asking for my tracking number, I kept receiving the same excuse by the casino. "Have you sent in your docs yet?".

My answer to that was, "Only about one million times, to every single email that Planet 7 has". I always like to keep things one step ahead where I can to avoid delays etc... so yes, before my withdrawal request was approved. I had sent copies of my docs to every single Planet 7 email address just to be sure. I pretty much began doing that same thing over and over again 2-3 weeks after my withdrawal request was accepted. I would send my docs to every single email they have and when I would come back after their average waiting period I kept getting the same thing repeatingly over and over again. So there I was too, oliging patiently and kindly by sending them and sending them. This went on for months until my patience was starting to run thin. I began feeling dissapointed and any encouraging I had before looking forward to Planet 7 were starting to be over.

Even though my Withdrawal request had already been approved. I kept being asked to send in my docs. (even though withdraw already accepted btw). To finish my complaint short, just a couple of weeks ago I was on live chat asking the same thing I had been for months, "where's my check,? can I get my tracking number etc...". This time I was transfered to a very rude unprofessional guy called Mark. He seemed to hate life and annoyed at some personal issues and taking it out on me. I spoke kindly and respectful yet he attacked everything I'd say. Things like, "don't call me bro, I'm not your bro". I felt like I was talking to a disgruntled person instead of the expected well mannered employee I would hope Planet 7 would hire to represent the company for me to speak with.

This guy decided he was gods gift to earth and abruptly informed me not to expect my payment because he was in charge of everything and that he was cancelling my $1,200 payment as of now. Then he hung up. I haven't even tried since then to recover my funds but I am hoping askgamblers site can help me and I am thankful for such site. Will definately support this site in the near future.

Bottom line is my check was approved for months already. Yet was kept being asked for docs over and over again. Then this guy Mark comes in after months of me hassling with my payment and this guy cancels everything. Erases my winnings and payment. What the heck?

Prompt response from Planet 7 this morning received an email from their finance department. I hope I can become a Planet 7 regular if this turns out smooth. I will definately come back to update the end result of my situation here. Thanks Askgamblers and thanks Planet 7 for listening. I will come back shortly after this matter is resolved to keep this updated. Thanks.

This complaint has been reopened as per submitter's request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.

It took a little while but thanks to all parties involved this issue is now resolved. I was mailed a check I received then deposited with no problems at all. I want to take a minute to note that I do not think any of this would have been possible without the help of a very trustworthy lady from the Planet 7 casino financial department by the name, Elena. Very professional and really puts in the effort in getting your problem resolved, so as long you are presenting a valid issue. Just wanted to take a note of Elena's hard work and effort. The backbone of Planet 7 casino.

If I had to pick any reason to why'd I return to planet 7 casino, I would only have one. Knowing people like Elena working on the job makes me comfortable to come back..
