Planet 7 Casino - No payout from May 1st

I made a withdrawl for 991.00 on May 1st and have tried numerous times to get this resolved only to be told it has been escalated and this is not normal. I was told I have to email ally and she said she would wire the money last week and nothing and does not answer my emails love the casino just crazy waiting 45 days with no payout

Ally from planet 7 emailed on Friday saying she needed correct swift code to wire payment. I sent that right away and have email a couple times since. I go on chat daily and they tell me claim is escalated and to email Ally. No answers withdrawl was from May 1st and should not take this long. I love the casino just need withdrawl issues and communication to improve.

I'm terribly sorry for the delays you've experienced, as well as my slow reply.

I've looked at your account and from what I can see, a check was sent off to you prior to receiving your wire details. I noticed your tracking information and I see that this payment was delivered to you, yesterday (Thursday).

Hi Tawni

Yes I did receive the check finally after 53 days since my withdrawl. Yes it was confusing to ask for wire details and then a check arrives before you sent me tracking information. Definitely need to repair your withdrawl process. I love the casino just hope if I am lucky enough to win again this does not happen. I understand mistakes happen from time to time.
