Payment to my account from netbet to my credit card was declined by the credit card. Netbet asked for another account and photo's of my bank card from and back and bank statement. This was provided. Despite numerous emails no confirmation that the amount of £1608 was credited to my bank account. Ever time I get in touch with them they say someone will be in touch. This has been on going since 23/12/2015. No bonus were used and all terms and conditions adhered too. Can you help?
