No payment received, support in unresponsive
I met the criteria and tried to widthdraw my £135 into my netteller account. It said all ok. Then next time I tried to login my vegas days account (MATTYCUK123) was blocked and now 40 days later I still have not received my funds. I called them twice. Both times I was told my account manager would be in touch. I've heard absolutely nothing for weeks and now feel cheated out of my money.
I just want my money back and it feels like they are simply doing what they can to stop this.
