No intention of paying any withdrawals ever.
This casino has delayed the withdrawal process to the maximum at every single stage which is why 2 weeks after requesting a withdrawal they are saying it will be another 18 days and I have absolutely no doubts that in 18 day they will find another reason to draw another distant line in the sand. I have concerns about whether this casinos ever honours payments. I have sent in far more documents than I have ever been requested to in many years of online gambling including some very dubious consent forms which include my consenting to them taking money from my bank account should they phone my bank and request it, most unusual!. This casino did the usual ask for one form then when they receive it wait 3 days and ask for another until they run out of things to ask for, nothing new there, many bad casinos do this to some degree, this one did it to the longest possible limit.
After eventually conceding that they had all the forms (when I pointed out that requesting these forms is part of their due diligence to establish my identity and not a tool for them to avoid payment) they then said that is takes "18 days to make a payment". I pointed out that in there own onsite FAQ section it says qoute: "How long does it take to receive my winnings? All cashouts are processed within 48 hours from date requested." When I pointed out that statement they basically said "ah, yes but it's 18 days after that 48hours" Comical, what an outfit!.
I have given this casino every chance to pay up but I can't see them ever making any kind of payment to any customer ever unless they are forced to do so by a 3rd party, they seem completely taken aback by the very notion of making payments to anybody ever, the casino support keep 'going to ground' and falling silent when my questions get too difficult then they come back to life on Fridays to tell me it will be next week now, again, an old tactic.
The payments section have also told me they can't make any payments to cards, they just say repeatedly "we can wire you the money just give us your bank details" when I ask them to tell me the specific details they need they won't be specific, they actually once even said "phone your bank they'll know", almost as if if they help me to give them the details they would need to wire me
the money, then they really would be out of reasons not to pay so there keeping very quiet and are actually in a way stopping me from giving them any details which could help them to pay me.
They have now started sending a form in a very rare file forms (presumably they expect me to buy the software to use these type of files) I have managed to open it in the email but nothing else, this casino expetcs all their customers to have scanners, printers, the software to read and edit very obscure file types and to know what some very obscure banking codes and acronyms mean or just to spend an hour or more phoning banks on expensive numbers.
Maybe they're the most unhelpful, difficult casino ever or more likely as they are completely out of excucses as we're in to the third week of coming up with excuses not to pay, theit last chance is requesting impossiblly banking terminology that means nothing to anyone who isn't an accountant or doesn't work in banking.
They also said, we can pay you if you have a Neteller account which I imagine would just initiate a whole new round of document requests, I don't have an account with them anyway and it doesn't say you must have this as this is the only way we can make payments. The 48 hour deadline they imposed on them selves when they published it on their site ran out nearly two weeks ago and counting.
