Games hanging on, impossible to play, no support available


I joined Gorilla casino on 30/12/14. I received the welcome bonus no problem and played. I really liked the games on the site and wanted to deposit ! The games stopped working for me and still wont work. They come up each time with an error message saying long delay on server. I have waited forever on the 'chat' function which is non responsive and have also sent 2 emails which havent been acknowledged or replied to.... WHy would i deposit money into a site which i cannot communicate with?

I will check why we did not got your email, i'm sure it's simple issue that i will fixe fast for you and for all the players because we are getting email at the moment so he does not make sense, anyway about the bonus, when you are finish with the 40 Free bonus, your winning balance convert into real money when you make your first deposit,

About the "chat", what do you prefer, to wait for ever over the chat or having the option to send an email and we get back to you asap, is this case there is a issue somewhere but not for long because i will fixe that, when a player send an email, the support job is to clear the inbox time to time during the day and we clear the inbox at list 10 times a day to give the best service for our players, because to wait over the chat for ever is not what we want,

Now about your situation, you will be able to get a welcome bonus or not as you want, on your first deposit and you will see your winning on the free bonus added to your real balance,

HI. Thanks for the response. I sent the emails to suppor­t@g­ori­lla­cas­ino.com on Dec 30 and Jan 1. Just to clarify - are you saying the bonus money in my account will convert to real money if i make a deposit? Have to say still dont like the fact of no 'chat' on the site.

Won't respond and payment hasn't been processed weeks later
I have been getting completely ignored by this casino regarding my withdrawal since I supplied all relevant ID verification weeks ago. I won 1000 euros after playing many hours on their various slot games and requested withdrawal on the 14th of July. I met all wagering requirements regarding bonus money and had also made a deposit. When I first signed up I was getting emails from Clara who said she was my account manager. She was great at first and was quick to reply about what was needed in regards to ID etc for the payment to be made. I attached all the documents and she said she would get all info to financial team to be processed.... then nothing. That was weeks ago on the 19th. She hasn't responded to any emails asking for a status update. Live chat doesn't work. I asked her over and over for a contact phone number right at the start and she said they don't take incoming calls there is no number to ring. I sent emails to all of Gorilla Casino departments and all of Gorilla Partners departments and staff and nothing. Not one person has replied. It says on website payments are processed on a Thursday so why is my account still saying it's pending and the customer service is appalling I am entitled to know what is happening about the 1000€ . I have done everything correctly and I should have been paid by now. It concerns me greatly that on their and c's it mentions about no contact in 30 days may void winnings. I have gone above and beyond to get in contact and chase this up. I want to have the 1000€ deposited in full in my bank account immediately.
