The title in this complaint pretty much sums everything up.
Every time I attempt a withdrawal, it gets reversed and I get an email saying it's a technical issue, and they ask me to try again. The results are always the same and I'm tired of repeating the same process over and over only to have it fail. The casino has confirmed my account is verified but they haven't figure out why there is a problem to get me my money.
Can you please ask them to either solve their Ewallet issue or send me a bank transfer.
