I won $1200 on Thursday around 9pm AEST. I have been in contact with Chat live and they have said we have to verify your winnings then you need to submit account ID. I had already sent in my ID documents abut 2-3 months prior. I still haven't been paid - sitting in pending and its very close to 48 hours later- the people on chat live are very dismissive and uninterested sometimes i sit on chat live for 1/2 hour waiting for someone to answer. I just want to be paid out for my winnings.

No it has not been resolved still waiting.

Based on the evidence we received from the casino management, we could confirm that player was paid in full. We consider this complaint resolved and closed.
