Mr Ringo Casino - Not processing my withdrawal neither answering me

Hello, I have a pendind withdrawal since the beginning of February. I waited 3 weeks, then I was requested a selfie. I sent my selfie, my documents were approved. 1 more month passed since then, I am still waiting. MrRingo doesnt reply to my-emails.

I have about 1100 euros there.
How can MrRingo be advertised here? I dont understand!

Hello, absolutely nothing, no answer from mrRingo, I submitted a complaint to Curacao- again nothing!

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. However, AskGamblers clearly states in their guidelines (located at: https:­//w­ww.a­sk­gam­ble­rs.c­om­/co­mpl­ain­t-g­uid­elines) that they do not deal with complaints regarding sports betting.

As the claim will most likely be rejected on that alone, it would be better if you contact our Support team. I will follow up on this with them also.
