Delaying payment of 318 euro over 10 days

I am contacting you regarding my delaying payment from MrRingo for the small amount of 318 euro. Had deposited a total of 400 euro, haven't taken any bonus to avoid stalling payment etc.
First of all it is worried that you CAN'T SEE YOUR WITHDRAW STATUS at MrRingo. For example, i withdraw 318 euro 10 days ago and this cannot be seen in my account. From their chat i was told that unfortunately i just can't see my withdrawn balance. This is something i first time came across and obviously it is not a good sign.
Anyway, long story short, i am waiting my withdrawal more than 10 days. At first i was asked for selfie ID. Said ok no prob and as you can see on the images attached (ID's are half cut for security reasons), i sent them via email and uploaded it as well in their ''Document Sharing'' section at their site.
After few days i contacted them via email about my withdrawal delay. I was told that i have to upload a selfie ID. I politely reply that i already upload it at site and that i had already sent them via email at their support email as well. At the same time, i sent them again for SECOND TIME a selfie ID, also uploading selfie ID at their ''Document Sharing'' section at their site.
After i few days i asked them again why my payment is delayed and got response at 04 March that their finance department will take care of it soon. At 7 March i contacted them again and AGAIN for a 3RD time they are asking for a selfie ID! I sent them for a 3RD time. Obviously i haven't yet received my money.
Seriously no idea what to expect from them. Overall i am in loss with them around 100 euros in total, can't think the way they are treating winning customers. Also, as said, the withdrawal status is not available anywhere at their site, something extraordinary for a gambling site.
To conclude, hope that i am wrong but have reasons to believe that MrRingo will be the new Smartlive case (had already lost 5098 euros there https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/delayed-withdrawals-2)
