Delayed payment again
Hello askgamblers!
On the website of mr Ringo they cleary write on FAQ that withdrawals are processed within 72 hours and yet another 1-5 days for the money to be paid out.
I have over the past three weeks since 25th May been making several withdrawals at a total of 36300 SEK but have not recieved the money.
It took 5 emails to support, asking about the status of my withdrawals, before i got an answer on 8th of June. The same answer as always that they congratulate me of my winnings and the financial will handle it as soon as possible even though the 72 hours for processing and 1-5 days to pay out was well overdue.
I tried once more on 12th of June to email and ask again about the status. I got the exact same answer again that.
The chatsupport has been rediculesly impossible to reach as it always says that the operators are busy at the moment but im in que and will be handled shortly. But even if i wait in the chat for around 30 minutes i get no answer.
And as of two days now the chatsupport is completly gone from the website.
I have taken a picture of the response email, the same email as always when questioning about the withdrawals.
