Hello,
Mr Ringo are delaying my requested withdrawal, that i made in the middle of May. The amount that i requested to withdraw (out of the casino-section) is 2293 €. My initial deposit were 600 €.

To this day the transaction is not visible in my account.

When the chat was still available they confirmed that my account was verified and the processment of my withdrawal is in process and needs a little more time.

The chat is not available and they do not respond to my e-mails either. Hope you can help me. Thank you very much!

Thank you for replying quickly Mr Ringo.

For general information i'd like to add in advance that the balance was created using the sportsbook. However, the last time i had access to the amount, prior to the withdrawal, it was moved into the casino-section.

I will leave that up to Ask Gamblers. If the complaint is unjustified here, i apologize. Apart from that i just hope we can find a solution after i heard nothing about my withdrawal for about two months.
