Hello ASKGAMBLERS!

Well i tought i would never find myself here writing a complaint.But seems all gamblers need to do it once.
So the problem is im playing at MR.RINGO casino and i have my account verified,i did few small withdrawals and there was no problem money was on my skrill account always second day.On 13.03.2017 i made a small deposit of 25euro(no bonus) and play some of my favorite slots and i won 250euro.After 3 days waiting for withdrawal i contacted the live support and they sad i need to verify my account again with ID(selfie) ok i did that to,on 17.03.2017 my deatails was approved and account was double verified.Than 1 week is around and still no money i tried to contact live chat not online,ok i will send an email tomorow i sad if they are not online. 24.03.2017 i send email to costumer support and i did get replay day after congratulations on your winings we will take care of your withdrawal soon as possible.Ok i sad today is friday its not possible to get it beacuse its not working day and on site clearly say withdrawal takes 1-2 working days!
So today is like second week and passed alot of working days and there is no money on my skrill so i decided to make an complaint here on ASKGAMBLERS i hope you can help me with this situation beacuse i dont see a problem why wouldnt they pay out my winings.

I saw on other complaints that casino is asking for username,so i forgot to post mine.My username on MR.RINGO is sems1011 and full name is under my avatar.I hope this complaint will be solved soon.

I would like to notice you that i just recived my withdrawal from MR.ringo casino and you can close the complaint as solved with green smile.
