Hello ASKGAMBLERS!

Well i tought i would never find myself here writing a complaint.But seems all gamblers need to do it once.
So the problem is im playing at MR.RINGO casino and i have my account verified,i did few small withdrawals and there was no problem money was on my skrill account always second day.On 13.03.2017 i made a small deposit of 25euro(no bonus) and play some of my favorite slots and i won 250euro.After 3 days waiting for withdrawal i contacted the live support and they sad i need to verify my account again with ID(selfie) ok i did that to,on 17.03.2017 my deatails was approved and account was double verified.Than 1 week is around and still no money i tried to contact live chat not online,ok i will send an email tomorow i sad if they are not online. 24.03.2017 i send email to costumer support and i did get replay day after congratulations on your winings we will take care of your withdrawal soon as possible.Ok i sad today is friday its not possible to get it beacuse its not working day and on site clearly say withdrawal takes 1-2 working days!
So today is like second week and passed alot of working days and there is no money on my skrill so i decided to make an complaint here on ASKGAMBLERS i hope you can help me with this situation beacuse i dont see a problem why wouldnt they pay out my winings.

I saw on other complaints that casino is asking for username,so i forgot to post mine.My username on MR.RINGO is sems1011 and full name is under my avatar.I hope this complaint will be solved soon.

Delayed Funds Withdrawal

I have had an outstanding withdrawal request for about 124.89 EUR since 10 July 2017 and it still hasn't been processed even after 45 days. My account has been fully verified so verification is not an issue. Whenever I ask Customer Support to explain and resolve my issue, I get an automated e-mail about how I have to wait for the Finance department to process my withdrawal and that I should be patient. Can you help me with my problem? Thanks in advance.

Withdrawal never paid

The site stalls payment. I have winnings of €100. They tried to delay by asking for account verification, I sent them "know your customer" info. After that they locked my account. I eventually got the account unlocked. After that the entire site looks broken when I log on, I can no longer see "pending withdrawals". The initial withdrawal request was made on 11 july 2017.

Over half a year still not paid

This is my second complaint. MrRingo has pretended to help me, added my payment (about 2000€) back to my account so I could try withdrawing it again. Then they ignored me completely. I tried contacting them every way possible but nothing, they are just playing with me and my money. I will be contacting Curacao, MGA and IBAS. Also my lawyers will soon open a case against them if I don't receive my payment very very soon.

Not paying my winnings of 770€

Hallo, i have payed out at 18.07.17 335€ and 435€ at 19.07.17. and i did not recive my money. Until now this payouts are not visible as pending or under transactions. On my multiple requests to Mr Ringo support, how much time it will take to proceed my withdrawal, i get always the same answer, that my payouts are in work and will be proceeded soon, but it does not happen. I am verified player and my payouts were proceeded correctly in the past. I dont know, what i can do, to get my money. Please help me to solve this issue against Mr Ringo

Can't withdraw since June

My username is edurasta. I opened my account on Mr Ringo day 22-06-2017, I made a deposit 20€ and I got 100% bonus. I won about 600€ playing slots after ending the wanger I made a withdraw of 388€ on day 23-06-2017. After some emails to verify my account Mr Ringo aproved my account 5 days later but till now they didnt reply to any of my emails and still can't cashout.It's pending since day 23-06-2017 and I had no active bonus. Please help me askgamblers. Thank you.

MrRingo Casino - Withheld withdrawal and closed account

Dear AskGamblers Team, unfortunately I have a very very bad experience with mrringo lately. I have been a long-time user (because of their nice bonuses) of their casino for a few months. deposited about 20 times there. My first withdrawal (and only successful) took about 4 weeks to go through. That was quite terrible but I assumed that it would be quicker the second time due to the documents being already provided. However, my second withdrawal about a month ago never went through. The support was shockingly bad, meaning I did not receive any response. There is no support chat available for me and I never received any response to my 6 mails that I send througout that month. I still could use my account Schwammesepp until today. I tried to login again and it does not even find my account in the password retrieval. And of course they did not send me any mail regarding this. This is just insanely bad and I hope this casino will shut it's doors soon. My withdrawal request was something between 300€ and 400€- Could you please investigate further here? Still haven't got my withdrawal for 10670.00 SEK after 3 months

Hey. I don't really know how to write this, but I've been sending emails to Mr.Ringo bunch of times now to get my withrawal. It's on 10670.00 SEK. I sent in all my information for verification which they asked for. But haven't heard back from them since. It's gone more or less then 3 months now. And it's really bad since they haven't responded on the last 7 emails I've sent them.

No money, no help from support

Hello! I have problem with MrRingo.com I have now wrote for about twenty e-mail (cause they dont have chat) without answer when my trustly withdraw Will arrive. I make the withdraw a week ago. I have before this send them all my documents to be accepted. Then they answer the most of my mail, but now not a word. Even if I send 3 or 4 mail per day. The withdraw is for about 1900 euro and I have a little bit moore in my account to. So what to do? I really need my money...

Half a year waiting for payment

I withdrew a payment at MrRingo and waited a few weeks. I didn't receive my payment so I decided to contact them through chat, they answered and said that my payment will be sent to my bank account very soon. I contacted them again after still not getting my payment but this time they completely ignored all my emails and chats. After I finally reached them again, they told me the same thing, that I will get it very soon. They gave me an email of their "manager" who never replied. They told me over 10 times that I would send my payment very soon. They don't even have chat on their website anymore. I have been waiting half a year for my payment! Again they ignore my emails even now. I hope they're not a fraudulent company, I really need my money ASAP.

Delayed payment and poor support

Hi, I have had a great time playing at Mr Ringo Casino and was lucky enough to win for once. But unfortunately I still have not recived my winnings from Mr Ringo Casino. I requested a withdrawal of 17460 SEK the 2th of June 2017, and my account was fully verified by Mr Ringo Casino at the 6th of June 2017. The withdrawal request has been pending ever since. I feel i have been patient enough with Mr Ringo, But since I still have faith in them and belive they will pay as soon as possible I decided to give them the chance to resolve this issue via AskGamblers before contacting the regulatory body responsible for Mr Ringo Casino.
