Unfairly confiscated over 6000 euro's from me


I played on Mr Ringo casino and won over 6000 euro's. Since I was waiting for my withdrawal for over a week and had not received any e-mail from them I contacted their live support. They then told me my account was under investigation because of group play and I just needed to wait for them to finish the investigation. About a week later they then send me an e-mail that my winnings had been cancelled because there might be group play involved.

Have not received anything from them that showed what they meant by that and to be honest I don't even know what it means. All I know is that I don't play with any group or anything similar to that and this cancellation of my withdrawal is ridiculous. I saw that they have had more complaints on this website where they use the same excuse to not process the withdrawals.

So I'm asking for help because I do not have anything else I can do for them to show me what I did and to show that they cancel withdrawals for no legit reasons at all.

Thank you for reopening my complaint. I want to ask Mr Ringo casino when they will contact me about this issue. After I posted the complaint it only took them 3 days to respond. I have since then contacted the support department and after that they posted on here again saying they would contact me soon. But that is 8 days ago and still no word from Mr Ringo's side.

So I want to ask again if they could respond to this and let me know about the outcome and when they will contact me. 8 days seems like more then enough to have some sort of update.
