My name is Markov Andrey.

My first game in Casino Plex was 14.07.16. I make first withdrawal ($174) 16.08.16. Same day I sent all the documents for the account verification procedure and received the answer from the casino that my documents have been approved:

As you can see 72 hours passed and 5 banking days passed too but my withdrawal wasn't processed.
Moreover 26.08.16 I wrote an email to the casino support and still didn't get any answer.
This kind of scary me, are this casino still working?..
