Funds disappearing miraculously from my account

On October 2nd I was playing at Lotaplay Casino, my winnings were $1,194 all of a sudden my winnings went down to $530 - there was a message saying that the money was transfer.
I didn't get an answer yet. They keep ignoring my emails and there is no other way to get in touch with them.

I saw a transaction made their Marketing.
