Missing deposit bonus


I activated the 100% bonus, deposited just over the minimum of $15 ($17.20). Deposit was successful but bonus wasnt automatically added to my account. Ive been on chat countless times, and im told its been passed on to the correct department and will be credited soon. Its been well over 24 hours and im still waiting. Personally i think this is no way to treat a new player as the lack of communication regarding something thats simply fixed, has sadly made me think twice about depositing here again.
