Delayed Payment of £1,700
Made a withdrawal request of £1700 on Sunday 04/11/18, no response from customer services to numerous emails sent to [email protected], live chat just keep saying they will pass on to the relevant dept (sane response every time) and can’t give me a time/date when it will be processed. They advised they only process payments on Tuesdays and Fridays, although my withdrawal is still not processed after 5 days, with zero response from customer services. Account is fully verified, deposits and withdrawal request made from/to Neteller.
