Delayed Payment of £1,700


Made a withdrawal request of £1700 on Sunday 04/11/18, no response from customer services to numerous emails sent to [email protected], live chat just keep saying they will pass on to the relevant dept (sane response every time) and can’t give me a time/date when it will be processed. They advised they only process payments on Tuesdays and Fridays, although my withdrawal is still not processed after 5 days, with zero response from customer services. Account is fully verified, deposits and withdrawal request made from/to Neteller.

Kind of. I received a response today saying that the withdrawal had been rejected due to a rollover on a £9 Free bet. 2x £9 free bets were taken after my withdrawal (+ 6 days), and both settled as a loser, but I have to rollover 15 times £9 free bet, and x6 my £100 deposit. I have done this now and resubmitted my withdrawal. I still have an issue as I have made no money from the free bets (which stated no rollover requirements at point of acceptance), and all winnings have been made from my deposits (totalling £1,150)
