I made a withdrawal request of 382 EUR to my Skrill account on 28.9.2018, but I have not received the money.

I have asked their support ([email protected]) a couple of times, but they keep saying that they have some technical difficulties and will inform me when the money is sent.

It has been almost four weeks, which feels like a long time to wait for a withdrawal, when they claim that withdrawals are processed twice a week.

I have now received the payment. They asked for my Neteller account and paid to it instead of Skrill so maybe they actually have some real technical problems with Skrill payments.

Can't place bets in any game

Hello! I made my first deposit in Betsupremacy,ag on 10/03 and claimed the first deposit welcome bonus. After that, I tried to wage the money + bonus, but I couldn't because all the bets got a "rejected" status. I contacted chat, many times, but they never helped me. They only said I must contact an e-mail - [email protected]

I sent at least 6 e-mails since that moment and until now I got no asnwer. I ended to cancel the welcome bonus because I was affraid to lost my real money, since I could not complete the wagering requeriments of the bonus due to that software error.

Recently I ask a withdrawal of my money, which is pending. I tried to talk with chat support about get my money back, but they gave me the same asnwer "contact [email protected]".

I would like to ask for your help to lead them fix the error or at least to get my deposit back.

Delayed payment for 13 days

On 03.01.19 on 5:52 I withdrawed 1200 Euro from my Account. The status of this withdrawel request is still "New".
I have contaced the livechat several times and they always told me to contact [email protected].
I did this several times and I got NO response from anybody.
I contact the live chat every day and ask for my withdrawel. They only repeat one advise on and on: Contact the email adress.

I'm helpless. Please help me, AskGamblers.

Payment gone and no further info

I used to make i withdraw about 2,5 months ago.
Still haven't got my money and their live-chat just telling me to send an email. I have sent about 10 emails and still no answer the last 3 months..
What can i do? It's about 800£ and i really want them..
In the beginning i was able to cancel my withdraw, but now the money just has dissapeared.
Please, someone help me...

Payment delay, no contact on the issue of payment and withdrawal

Hello. I am asking for help related to the withdrawal from the casino Betsupremacy.ag. Well, on 28.08.1018 I made a deposit of USD 15 to the local casino. At the beginning of December I entered my account and found cash back1.50 USD and won 121USD, which I decided to withdraw to Skrill. The information I received on the LC was that they processed the withdrawals on Tuesdays and Fridays. On Tuesday, when I asked Live Chat when I received my money, I was sent back to the e-mail address. I have already written to them twice on the payment of the alenikt, I do not deign to write back. I also asked for verification before payment, but they are not able to answer this question, strange ?? I sent the documents on Friday. When reading the comments of users of askgamblers about this casino, I should be careful, but that does not mean that the casino should break the rules that it created. Maybe I should wait with the intervention but I think that such matters should be dealt with as soon as possible because the funds that are deposited are booked quickly, and the withdrawals should not be delayed either.

Hello. I used to make a withdrawal about 14 days ago. After three days i got an answer on email that my withdraw should be accepted on fridays or tuesdays. It has passed about 4 tuesdays and fridays now and it’s still not accepted. They are not answering my emails any more and talking to their live-chat is the same thing as talking to a robot.
Please help me. I started to feel really worried.. This smells scam a long way.

Withdrawal delayed for a month

Hello,

a month has passed since I have been confirmed that my withdrawal will take place within few days.

I got a confirmation that a high level managamenet approved the withdrawal, but I still did not get any money.

Live chat and emails do not help at all, it all falls on deaf ears.

Proof can be sent if needed (screenshots of withdrawal request and emails stating withdrawal will take place soon).

Please pay me my fund ASAP to Skrill.

Withdrawal for £1400 requested Monday 19th November still not processed, last withdrawal took 2-3 weeks following post to askgamblers, looks like I need your help again, very little response now from customer services and cannot give me a time/date for withdrawal processing.
