Delayed payment for almost 4 weeks now due to "technical difficulties"
I made a withdrawal request of 382 EUR to my Skrill account on 28.9.2018, but I have not received the money.
I have asked their support ([email protected]) a couple of times, but they keep saying that they have some technical difficulties and will inform me when the money is sent.
It has been almost four weeks, which feels like a long time to wait for a withdrawal, when they claim that withdrawals are processed twice a week.
