Hi,

On December 1st 2018 I claimed a bonus and finished wagering and withdrew 1329 euros.
After sending my documents I was told my withdrawal to my credit card would not work, so then I was offered Ecopayz withdrawal. After making a deposit and sending verification documents again that did not work due to technical issues.

After another week I was told to send bank documents for a bank withdrawal. That was sent too.

Now the first week of January I was told they are having difficulties and are a bit slow due to Christmas and new years. Now it is January 10th and I still have not received any money.


This is the response I get today via chat

"The feedback I have received was that the transaction was not possible due to payment provider issues and that they will give you further information via email as soon as possible. I can assure you that they are working on to resolve your case in the shortest time possible, even without a complaint"

Can you please send me my winnings ?

I have been informed by our Payments department that they have attempted sending you your rightfully won winnings again last Thursday through a different form of Bank Transfer. They have also just sent you an email.

As per our usual Service times, this normally takes between 3-5 working days which means it should be in your Bank Account by the end of this week (taking it into consideration any unforeseen delays).

Once again, I apologise greatly for this and I hope the funds reach you as soon as possible in order to settle this case once and for all. Please let us know by the end of the week whether you have received the funds in your bank account.
