I made a withdrawal of 430€, which where denied. They requested copy of passport,, bill, neteller-account and a picture where I hold my passport near the face. In my opinion very unserious document-requests. I have sent this documents several times to several e-mail-addresses. Everytime my withdrawal was denied and everytime they told me that they did not get the documents. When I upload the documents at the chat, the chat-support tells my, that they are not allowed to take these documents, I have to send them per e-mail So it`s impossible to fullfill the document-requests. I think LVBet is a very unserious scam casino and I warn everyone to play at this casino.
