I made a withdrawal of 430€, which where denied. They requested copy of passport,, bill, neteller-account and a picture where I hold my passport near the face. In my opinion very unserious document-requests. I have sent this documents several times to several e-mail-addresses. Everytime my withdrawal was denied and everytime they told me that they did not get the documents. When I upload the documents at the chat, the chat-support tells my, that they are not allowed to take these documents, I have to send them per e-mail So it`s impossible to fullfill the document-requests. I think LVBet is a very unserious scam casino and I warn everyone to play at this casino.

Photo Holding Identity document requires a photo of yourself with the identity document next to your face and your arm fully visible as it states in the Terms and Conditions to confirm that you are the person holding your Identity document.

Please, kindly upload the requested document to (My account > My documents) in good quality JPG, PDF, GIF or PNG files only (up to 5MB), or send it directly to our Verification team.

I have send a pic with my passport near my face. The hand is fully seen, it`s not possible to make a photo where you can see the full arm holding the passport, I`m not an accrobat. There are no doubts about the pic. The MGA Malta has told me that you have to accept this. Everyone accepts this, only you, who scams your customer and stole the money.

So now I have sent picture in all possible positions holding my passport. And if they don`t accept this, then it's supposed to be like that.
