I would like to report a absurd case about LVbet fraud.
On 04.10.2024 I made deposit and placed a 1600€ bet and won 8544€, bet got settled and I had this money in my balance. However there was a pending verification. Once I provided all requested documents, whole balance disappeared. I had 8544€ but now I have 0€ in my balance and account is fully verified.
When I got approved and I could withdraw my money they just stole it to prevent paying my winnings. I did not lose or withdraw it, they canceled my balance.
I contacted them over a week ago and they replied that they will provide an update by mail, 8 days have passed since their reply but they never replied again and my balance is still 0.
